Elizabeth Gray is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory designation in Ohio and over 11 years of experience providing compassionate, effective mental health care to children, individuals, couples, and families. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from The Ohio State University.

Elizabeth brings a strong foundation in crisis intervention and family systems, having spent 11 years working in Children Services supporting children and families navigating trauma, instability, and high-stress life circumstances. She has also worked in private practice for the past 5 years, offering therapy to children, individuals, and couples seeking support with emotional regulation, relationships, and personal growth.

Her clinical experience includes 3 years in integrated primary care, where she collaborated with medical providers to support individuals living with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring mental health conditions. This interdisciplinary work informs her holistic, person-centered approach to care.

Elizabeth specializes in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma-related concerns. She is trained in EMDR and integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) into her work. Her approach is collaborative, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive, creating a supportive space where clients feel respected, empowered, and understood.

Tahira Easley, MSW, LSW

Tahira Easley is a Licensed Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience supporting children, families, and individuals impacted by trauma, grief, and life transitions. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Bowling Green State University and her Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University.

Tahira’s professional background spans child welfare, clinical counseling, hospice care, and community-based behavioral health. She spent over a decade working with Franklin County Children’s Services, supporting families affected by trauma and intergenerational challenges across diverse cultural backgrounds. She later gained clinical experience providing trauma-focused therapy in private practice setting, where she served as a contract clinician.

Her work in hospice care deepened her passion for supporting individuals and families navigating grief and loss, particularly during some of life’s most difficult moments. Building on this foundation, Tahira currently serves in a public health leadership role where she designs and manages trauma-informed, peer-support services for individuals impacted by violent loss. 

Tahira approaches therapy compassionately and collaboratively, utilizing an anti-oppressive and strengths- based framework. Tahira is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for healing and resilience. Her professional journey reflects her commitment to walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate trauma, grief, and the path toward recovery. Victoria Ellis MSW, LSW

Victoria Ellis is a Licensed Social Worker with over 14 years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families across a wide range of settings. Victoria earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Bowling Green State University and Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University.

Victoria’s professional background includes child welfare, medical social work, and school social work, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the complex systems and challenges that impact individuals' lives. Over the course of nine years working in Child Welfare, Victoria developed extensive expertise in crisis intervention, safety planning, and supporting families navigating complex family dynamics. Victoria worked closely with children and caregivers during times of high stress and transition, helping families navigate safety concerns, strengthen communication, and work toward stability and reunification when possible. This experience shaped a calm, thoughtful approach to high-risk situations and a deep understanding of family systems and trauma-informed care.

Victoria’s experience as a hospital social worker included close collaboration with medical teams, individuals, families, and community providers. It is within this role Victoria made it her mission to ensure individuals transition back to the community safely and equipped with the tools to strengthen overall quality of life.

In her current role as a school social worker, Victoria works closely with students and families to identify and address resource needs that impact academic success and emotional well-being. Victoria provides Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) support through individual and small-group sessions with students.

Victoria is passionate about advocating for high-quality services, collaborating with community partners, and empowering individuals through a strengths-based, client-centered approach. Victoria is committed to creating supportive environments where individuals feel heard, valued, Victoria believes meaningful change occurs when individuals and families feel heard, supported, and equipped with the tools they need to move forward.
